We are a referral service

DryYardTX is a free referral service. We are not a contractor and do not perform drainage, grading or any other work. Any work is done by an independent contractor under a separate agreement between you and them.

No guarantee of a match

We will try to connect you with a local pro, but we cannot promise one will be available for every request, area or timeline.

No guarantee of the contractor's work

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We do not guarantee their work, pricing, timing, licenses or insurance. Before work starts, ask your contractor about licenses, insurance, permits, HOA rules and warranty, and get the price in writing.

Estimates are not quotes

Cost ranges on this site are published estimates for general information only. They are not quotes. Only the contractor can give you a price, after seeing your property.

To the extent allowed by law, DryYardTX is not liable for any work performed by, or any dispute with, a contractor you hire.
