Who we are
DryYardTX is a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent local drainage contractors. We are not a contractor.
What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email (if given), ZIP code, the service you pick, your description of the problem, any photos you upload, and your preferred contact time. If you call us, we may note your number and what you tell us. Like most websites, our host may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, reach out about next steps, and connect you with a local pro when one is available.
Who we share it with
We share your request only with the independent pro we connect you with, and only so they can respond to it. We will never sell your information.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by our hosting and email providers (our website is hosted on Cloudflare, and requests are delivered to us by email). Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Photos you upload are stored securely and deleted automatically after 90 days. We keep other request details only as long as needed to handle them and for basic record keeping, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Call [Phone] or email [Email].
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
